Collision Repair Technician

Cliff Wall is looking for a qualified collision repair technician for our busy collision repair center, handling mostly newer model Subarus, Mazdas, and Mitsubishis.  

Collision Repair Technician Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include repairing and refinishing collision-damaged vehicles, installing factory accessories, and detailing body shop vehicles for delivery. Additionally, at times, the Collision Tech will write estimates and repair orders for vehicles and perform other tasks. 

Collision Repair Technician Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to help others. While collision repair experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged vehicles, including body work, paint, and when to replace or repair parts. The Repair Technician must be ability to read and follow instructions on repair/estimate orders, but must also be able to work indepently. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid US driver's license with a reputable record is required.

Collision Repair Technician Benefits:
Cliff Wall is a third generation, family-run dealership and we believe in putting family first. This is a full-time position and the hourly pay is based on experience. We also offer health, dental, vision, and other insurance options, 401K retirement options, and paid vacation.

Automotive Sales Consultant

At Cliff Wall, an Automotive Sales Consultant is the center of the customer's experience. The Automotive Sales Consultant is directly responsible for selling new and used vehicles at dealership gross and volume standards.

Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
More than just selling a car, at Cliff Wall, customer satisfaction is key. Sales Consultants spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options, must courteously greet guests, and follow-up promptly with all customers. Sales Consultants commit to becoming an auto sales expert and develop an in-depth understanding of the Cliff Wall Way, our products and services. 

Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed, an outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, and an upbeat and positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with customers and while previous sales experience is preferred, it's not required. Additionally, a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and a valid US driver's license with a reputable record is required. Weekend and evening availability is needed.
